Property Health scores
One score per property, built from occupancy, pacing, reviews, readiness and maintenance. Color tells you where to look; the detail tells you why.
Each cabin starts at 100 and loses points for what needs your attention: occupancy behind the market for the next 14 days, upcoming arrivals that aren't guest-ready (unsigned agreement, missing ID, unpaid deposit), and stale data when a connected tool hasn't synced recently. The number under each cabin is its single biggest drag — fix that first. 80+ is Strong, 60–79 Fair, below 60 Needs Attention.

Recommendations you approve
Each recommendation states the reasoning and the expected effect. Nothing is applied to a listing until you approve it.
Recommendations
Nightly-rate adjustments for specific dates. Every recommendation states its reasoning — nothing changes until you approve it.
Risk: Balanced3-night gap in an otherwise strong window (86% occupancy in the next 7 days). A modest discount fills it before the peak period.
Forward occupancy 29% against a 41% market. Booking pace has slowed for two weeks; a short reduction restores pickup.
A local festival lands that weekend and rates are still at baseline. This is the largest single opportunity in the portfolio.

Each cabin gets a 0–100 score across security, energy, maintenance, remote monitoring, and guest experience — opportunities, not judgment.
Vendor-neutral evaluations of locks, thermostats, hot tub monitors, leak sensors, and cameras — scored for vacation-rental fit, not consumer hype.
An ROI-ranked roadmap from your Automation Profile: quick wins first, payback periods on everything, sized to your budget and technical comfort.
