• Account information — name, email address, phone number, and details you submit through our forms.
• Property and booking data — property details, rates, calendars, reservations, and related operational records you enter or connect.
• Connected tool data — information we retrieve from services you choose to connect, such as a property management system or pricing tool, using credentials you authorize.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, device and browser information, and error logs used to keep the product working.

We use your data to operate your account, generate recommendations and explanations, support connected integrations, respond to your requests, and improve reliability and security. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Cabinator uses AI providers to analyze your data and produce recommendations. Our AI provider is contractually barred from using your data to train or improve its models. Any learning from your approvals, edits, and rejections stays inside your own account and is used only for your properties.

We rely on service providers for hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, and AI processing. These providers process data only to deliver services to Cabinator. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings, which stops further data retrieval from that tool.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and limited analytics to understand aggregate usage of the site and product. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account in the app or by contacting us, and we will delete or de-identify your personal data, except where we must retain records to meet legal or accounting obligations. Backups expire on a rolling schedule.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting and database providers. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to operate and support the service. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not promise that a breach can never occur; if one affects your data, we will notify you.

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within one business day where possible. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.

Cabinator is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
