Terms of Service

Last updated: August 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of Cabinator, an operations intelligence product for vacation rental owners, hosts, and property managers. Cabinator is a product of PCBC LLC, Mississippi, USA.

Who we are

Cabinator is operated by PCBC LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company. You can reach us at support@cabinator.ai or (870) 682-3324. We respond within one business day where possible.

Requesting a trial

Our public trial request form asks only for your name and email address so we can send your setup steps. We never ask for payment details, third-party passwords, or connection information on that form. Submitting a request does not create a paid subscription.

Trials, subscriptions, and billing

Trial length, availability, and payment requirements are stated on our site before you provide any billing information. When a paid plan applies, your plan, monthly price, first billing date, and cancellation terms are shown before payment details are collected. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Subscriptions are month to month and you may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Fees already charged are not refundable unless required by law.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Cabinator.

Connected tools

Any connection to a tool you already use is selected and authorized by you, and you can revoke it at any time. Cabinator will never ask for the ordinary password you use to sign in to another company's service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of third-party services.

Acceptable use

Do not use Cabinator to break the law, infringe others' rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, resell the service, or scrape it in bulk. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Recommendations and your judgment

Cabinator surfaces insights, explanations, and suggested actions. You decide what to approve. Recommendations are informational and are not financial, legal, tax, or insurance advice, and results are not guaranteed.

Your data and content

You keep ownership of the property, booking, and operational data you enter or connect. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Cabinator available and improve it over time. Features may change, and planned or unplanned downtime can occur. We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and communicated in the app or by email.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCBC LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Cabinator and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment or for a breach of these terms. On termination we delete or de-identify your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
