As a vacation-rental host, I was jumping between a PMS, a pricing tool, channel dashboards, spreadsheets, and messages—hoping I hadn't missed something important. Cabinator is the operating-intelligence layer I wanted for my own business: one place that connects the tools I already use and helps me decide what to do next.

Who qualifies for the Pilot Program?+
Hosts who own and manage 1 to 10 active short-term rentals themselves — you set your own prices and handle your own guests. It's not for people looking to book a stay, large management companies, or owners whose rentals are run by a full-service company that sets their pricing.
When does the free 30-day period begin?+
Your free 30-day period begins once your account is activated after acceptance — not the day you apply. The exact activation timing will be confirmed as part of onboarding. Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Is a credit card required?+
No. A card is not required during the 30-day pilot period. Billing setup, if you choose to continue, is handled separately before any conversion to a paid plan.
What feedback is expected?+
A short onboarding conversation at the start, a wrap-up at the end, and a heads-up whenever something breaks or confuses you. Cabinator has a built-in AI support assistant that diagnoses most issues on the spot — and if it can't fix something, one tap reports it straight to the founder. A testimonial is welcome but entirely optional.
How much time will onboarding and feedback require?+
Two brief calls across the month, plus the occasional note when something needs fixing. It's meant to fit around running your rentals, not add to the load.
What happens after the free 30 days?+
After the free 30 days, you continue at the pilot rate that is confirmed at acceptance. We'll share exact pricing with you before your account is activated, and nothing is charged automatically without your action.
Is the pilot price really locked?+
Rate-lock and upgrade rules are still being configured in the billing system. We'll confirm exactly how long your rate is guaranteed before you activate your account.
What happens if I cancel and return later?+
If you cancel and return later, you would rejoin at whatever rate is current then. The exact reactivation terms will be confirmed before your account is activated.
Can I add more properties later?+
You can grow up to 10 properties on the pilot plan. The rules for moving between tiers and adding properties are being finalized in the billing system and will be confirmed at acceptance.
What systems does Cabinator connect with?+
Your property-management system, pricing tools, booking channels, and payment or deposit tools. Connect what you have — anything you're missing simply stays switched off until you add it.
Does Cabinator change my prices or settings automatically?+
No. Every pricing recommendation requires your explicit approval before anything is pushed to your dynamic pricing tool. Cabinator shows its work and suggests; you decide.
How is my property and guest data protected?+
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. You can delete your account in the app or by contacting us. Connected tools can be disconnected in your account settings at any time. Full details are in the published Privacy Policy.
